CASE DESCRIPTION:
HISTORY: This is a 24-year young man from Tennessee who presents to the San Francisco office location for evaluation of male breast enlargement. He has had his gynecomastia since adolescents and he is no t comfortable taking off his shirt in public. His goal is to have a flat even chest and a smaller areola. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy of his chest at the Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. The pre and postoperative photographs are seen with his post-operative photographs taken six days after surgery before going back to Tennessee. Notice the resolving bruising of his chest. We took out 76 grams from his right chest and 53 grams from his left chest as well as 150 cc of liposuction from each side.
